I have one goal: to be a valued source for health and medicine news, health & wellness tips, and food facts for a happier brain, body, and spirit. I push no agenda, shill for no insurance company, and no pharmaceutical company has ever flown me to Aruba for prescribing a medication. I do, however, get free samples for a few patients who can’t afford their medication/supplements.
I strive only to present fair, balanced answers to your most pressing health questions. It is not, however, to be interpreted as or mistaken for medical advice, diagnosis of a health condition or problem, or a treatment plan. Only your personal physician or other health provider–after careful consideration of your symptoms and medical history–can give you personalized medical advice suitable for you. I can’t properly practice medicine over the Internet, and your use of this site does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Never disregard the medical advice of your physician or health professional, or delay in seeking such advice, because of something you read on this site.
I do, however, encourage you to contact me with questions and feedback. Your submissions may help inspire blog posts that may be helpful and inspiring to other readers. I’ve built the Contact Us page for this purpose, but please understand that no posts or email responses may be regarded as diagnosis or treatment.
This website is an open forum and while I will not disclose your name or email, other information may be disclosed in my response.
By using this site you agree to the following Terms of Use. All comments must be respectful and contributing to honest and open discussion about health, nutrition, and a common goal: living our best, healthy lives.
Please note that I may from time to time link to non-prescription products, like my book or other products I use and enjoy, and may earn affiliate commissions from these links.
